Day 13: last day at Ben and Katie's

Ben went to work today and the rest of us stayed home and played with Owen. Ben works at Valley Christian High School as an academic and college counselor.  I got to visit the campus when I was here last October when Owen was 3 weeks old.  It is a beautiful campus.  Parents from the 'Silicon Valley' send their children there and Ben sometimes takes students on trips to visit colleges around the country.
It will be hard to leave little Owen tomorrow morning when we start on our journey back east.  But I just found out that they are coming for a visit when Ben needs to travel our way for work at the end of June!! So it will be a little less hard to leave.
We took baby Owen for a stroll, got the camper hitched up, and I bought a nice LulaRoe "Sarah" (a long flowy cardigan -- see the first picture below) from Katie who has a LulaRoe business with 2 of her sisters. She has weekly sales on her website!  www.facebook.com/groups/lularoejennakatierachel
Here are a couple of sample outfits:  Women of all sizes look nice (and feel so comfortable) in these clothes!

Katie cooked another delicious meal tonite and we went out for icecream at 'The Creamery"

A beautiful type of iris? that we saw on our stroll

Nana and Owen

It makes a grandma feel good to know that there is so much love in her son's family.  Owen is very blessed to have 2 parents like Ben and Katie.
Next stop:  Kingman, AZ to camp and see the Hoover Dam.
